After Hours/Emergency Support
Support is available outside of TechStar standard business hours, weekends, and holidays.
After Hours/Emergency Support is billable.
Standard Business Hours
Monday -Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (CST)
Support outside of standard business hours or on a TechStar Holiday is considered Billable Support. After Hours/Emergency support, remote or onsite is outside of all client contracts and shall be billed per the rates listed below. Billable time begins when the Technician responds to an After Hours/Emergency call, with a 1-hour minimum.
- After Hours (Outside of Standard Hours) - billed at $187.50/hour, with a 1-hour minimum
- Saturday & Sunday - billed at $187.50/hour, with a 1-hour minimum
- TechStar Holiday - billed at $250.00/hour, with a 1-hour minimum

4. A Technician should call you back within 15 minutes. Please do not call again unless it has been more than 15 minutes since you left the previous message.
